A tipical dalmatian konoba is part of the Slavomir house. In the evening we offer you our homemade specialties.
Those are all natural homemade food and drinks that we produce ourselves.

Kadic family is one of the oldest families in Dugi Rat. We have been living here for ages working the land and producing our own food.
For years we have been producing only for the needs of our family but recently we started to produce also for our guests.
All this home made food is being served in our konoba.
We have a vineyard near house, together with olive groves.
We use these lovingly cultivated fruits to make our own wine, brandy, prosecco (sweet wine) and olive oil.
Our vegetable garden is situated not far from our house and there we grow potatoes, onions, tomatoes, cabbage and other kinds of produce.
You can enjoy all these home-made products in our konoba.
And what is maybe the most delicious is our home-made peka, largest in area.
As an appetizer we recommend famous Dalmatian brandy "lozovača" and "travarica" which will open your appetite and prepare you for delicacies to follow.
Traditional way of hosting guests in Dalmatia starts with one such appetizer, followed by prosciutto, fine most often oil dipped cheese. This is often eaten together with olives, black or green, as you prefer.
Dalmatian cuisine is simple and very healthy, and is prepared in a simple manner. You wouldn't believe what magic can be made with some olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt.
